Master Hector Ramos shares his personal yoga practice with you for strengthening and stretching the physical body. Caring for your physical body is a key element for good health- physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
In his beginner session, Master Hector shares simple, straight forward poses to aid in transforming your body. A recommended 3 to 4 times per week practice, this 1/2 hour session will lead you through some basic poses with modifications for all levels.
